The Directors are elected to 2- or 3-year positions annually at the Spring Business Meeting and serve as unpaid volunteers. Any homeowner residing in HR or Archer may apply to the BoD. (See covenants for details.)

The Archer Ranch and HR Ranch Home Owners Association welcome you to a premier rural neighborhood in Laramie County. We value our country way of life and strive to do what we can for families that call us home. We value being a good neighbor. This website provides information that will be beneficial for you as a resident of our community.
We encourage you to review this HR - Archer Ranch's website for the specific Covenants for your filing, forms, Board of Directors contact, minutes and actions, HOA events, and basic city and county information. You may want to bookmark this site.
The HOA Board (BoD) asks for your mailing address (if different from your street address), email address, and phone numbers. This information is used to contact residents for HOA related business and activities, like invitations for social gatherings, the annual meeting, resume's & ballots for BoD candidates, complaints regarding covenant violations and yearly invoices for dues. Keep in mind, this site is private, secure, resident members only.
The HOA Board of Directors (BoD) hold business meetings, generally, once a quarter. These meetings may be in person or virtual. Look for postings of date, time, and location. Residents are always welcome and encouraged to attend. In the interest of time and organization however, the BoD does ask residents to request time on the Agenda prior to meetings if you wish to speak to any questions or concerns with the full BoD.
The HOA schedules an Annual Meeting early in the year to elect new board members, review the financials, approve changes in HOA bylaws, and other HOA business. All residents are requested to attend to be informed.
HOA dues/fees invoices are sent digitally by the HOA Bookkeeper at the end of July and are due upon receipt, no later than September 1 yearly. Unpaid dues/fees may result in a lien with any associated legal fees being levied against the homeowner. See covenants for details.
1. 1st filing - $100 dues per year
2. 2nd filing - $100 dues per year
3. 3rd filing - $240 for road fees plus $100 dues per year = $340
4. Archer - $300 for road fees plus $100 dues per year = $400
